Jasmyne Lyons

Hi, my name is Jasmyne Lyons!

Welcome! I’m Jasmyne Lyons, a dedicated Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 15 years of experience as a psychiatric provider and therapist. My journey in mental health care has led me to specialize in comprehensive evaluations, holistic wellness, and individualized support, focusing on helping patients achieve their best selves.

 

With advanced education from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and a master's in counseling, I’m here to offer a compassionate, informed approach for patients aged 5 and up. I bring both depth of expertise and a genuine passion for mental health care to each encounter, whether you’re navigating school or work challenges, need support for mood or attention difficulties, or seek clarity on neurodiverse concerns.

I am a Registered Nurse with 7 years of experience, dedicated to providing comprehensive medication management and patient support.

 

Currently, I serve as the nurse for TSI, where I handle all aspects of medication care.

 

This includes:

  • Managing medication refills

  • Coordinating prior authorizations

  • Educating patients on proper medication use

  • Monitoring for potential side effects

  • Addressing any medication-related concerns to ensure effective and safe treatment​

In my spare time, I enjoy reading and spending quality time with my kids. I am available for any medication-related questions, issues, or refills, and can be reached by email or via the nurse text line at 615-887-0194.

Hi, my name is Jamya!

Jamya, who prefers to go by Mia, serves as the Assistant to the Clinical Assistant at TSI. She plays a key role in coordinating ADHD and autism assessments and oversees scheduling and administrative operations.

 

Mia is the primary contact for clients seeking assistance with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, or any questions regarding the assessment process. She can be reached via email at support@transformationservice.com or by phone at (206) 483-0994. 

 

Outside of her professional life, Mia enjoys baking, spending quality time with her family, and traveling.

Hi, my name is Morgan Everett!

Hello! My name is Morgan Everett, and I am the Chief Operations Officer for Transformation Service.
I oversee the strategic direction, day-to-day operations, and overall efficiency of our integrated healthcare services. With a unique background in Psychology and over five years of experience in healthcare management, I bring a well-rounded perspective that combines a deep understanding of human behavior with a focus on patient care.

My background in Psychology has given me a strong foundation in the principles of human behavior, mental health, and emotional well-being. This expertise has been invaluable in shaping my approach to patient-centered care and staff management within an integrated health system.

I have always been passionate about the integration of mental health services with traditional medical care. I firmly believe in the importance of treating the whole patient—addressing both physical and mental health needs to achieve better long-term outcomes. As COO, I am committed to ensuring that Transformation Service remains at the forefront of healthcare innovation, delivering quality care in an environment that promotes well-being, compassion, and operational efficiency.

Hi, my name is Ruby Stocking!

Hello! I'm Ruby! I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over a decade of experience in midwifery and reproductive work, specializing in mental health care for all folks during their transitional, reproductive, and perinatal years. My approach to care is rooted in trauma-informed practices, inclusion, and choice. In my practice, mental health care is both an art and a responsibility - one that requires empathy, creativity, a fierce commitment to autonomy, and the ability to navigate the complex emotional and physical transformations that come with the complexities of life. My background as a midwife has shaped my approach to care, allowing me to integrate a person-centered perspective into my psychiatric work. 

 

I offer an integrative and functional approach to mental health care, blending traditional psychiatric treatments with holistic modalities to promote healing and balance. Additionally, I specialize in working with trauma, burnout, high sensitivity, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and adult ADHD. I also offer a safe place for queer and trans clients, ensuring that each person I work with is entirely supported in their unique journey. Looking forward to meeting you!

My name is Ever Allen! I am a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in providing comprehensive mental health care. With a strong foundation in nursing and specialized training in psychiatry, I am committed to delivering evidence-based care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

 

I have over 9 years of combined experience with mental health disorders throughout multiple specialties including acute inpatient residential adolescent behavior care, adolescent trauma management, acute adult psychiatric inpatient care, medical surgical, forensics, and orthopedic surgery.

 

I foster recovery and promote overall well-being through employing holistic approaches, integrating therapeutic techniques and patient-centered care. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that patients receive personalized care tailored to their unique needs. I am a passionate mental health advocate and promote mental health awareness to reduce stigma and enhance awareness of mental health issues. I am dedicated to my ongoing professional development in the ever-evolving field of psychiatric nursing and look forward to supporting my clients in obtaining mental wellness to improve all aspects of their lives.
